Food City, a large grocery store chain here in Yuma, has the best bakery! Mexican cooks, but they make things "gooey" and use sugar in their pastry. In Mexico, we've seen some beautiful work, but it's usually a little dry and tastless. In Yuma they know how to make "Pan Dolce" the right way! This is just a small example.
