Yuma is known as "The Lettuce Capitol of the World". I sure can believe it! Acres and acres of fields, in various stages of growth. Watching the harvest is interesting, I'll take some pictures of one of the large machines before we leave. This is very close to where we'll be staying for the next week. Last time we were here, a midnight raid was made to a field that had already been harvested. They leave a lot, so we picked up a couple for very fresh heads of the stuff to use in the trailer.
